To support your company training program, detailed process instructions written as Standard Operation Procedures are developed.
Quality controls:
A process flow diagram and process/quality control
points will be developed to support an existing or future HACCP

Final product and process costing
A product costing statement is developed, this includes ingredients, packaging and labor cost per unit, case and batch.
